Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Kokoroe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop in case of insufficient enrollments, instructor reporting illness or some unexpected events. All participants will be notified instantly and all efforts will be made for rescheduling it. Participants will be unrestricted to book the next available training dated or choose for a full refund of their payment for the cancellation.

Workshop Cancellation by Participants

For the participants cancelling their registration for workshops, the following are the terms and Conditions:

• 15 days before the workshop start date: A cancellation fee of Rs. 2,500 will be charged
• 7-10 days before the workshop start date: A cancellation fee of Rs. 5,000 will be charged
• Within 7 days of the workshop start date: No refund

Note: All cancellation fees are charged against the fixed expenses including hotel bookings, instructor fees, etc.

Postponement of Workshops by Participants

A participant can reschedule his workshop registration only if there is another workshop available. A fee of Rs. 700 is charged for the same.

Note: All postponement charges should be paid within 7 days of receipt for a workshop rescheduling request to
reserve a seat.
