Presentation : Participants are encouraged to make presentations to learn effective communications. These presentations may either be an individual or a group activity. The extension talks delivered by the participants would invariably be supported by some kinds of visual aids which they would prepare by themselves in consultation with the faculty members.
Recall Session : The recall is done with the specific objectives to strengthen the remembrance of the participants on the major learning's. The participants are asked to recall the important/major learning's on individual / group basis, which are visualized on chart(s) and kept displayed in the class room till concluding session.
Back at work Plan : At the end of the course the participants are requested to indicate about the major learning's during the course and their plan for applying the learning back at work.
Planning Sessions : We believe that learning is best achieved by being involved in the course. Under the guidance of instructors, the participants plan out the expected learning outcome from any module.
Sharing of Experiences Practice Session : Participants are encouraged to put their learning into practice. This helps in better understanding of the topics and sharing of practical information.
Lecture-cum- Group Discussion / Group Exercise : Our training courses are conducted by PMP trainers having significant industry experience. Our trainers facilitate the effective participation, discussion and experience sharing among the participants.
Our instructors do facilitate the knowledge sharing sessions between participants. The participants are enriched with exposure to various domains, technologies, industries. |
